Grub Catering

This month I participated in an enterprise challenge run by the Royal Bank of Scotland, aimed to get the most from up and coming business men and women. The challenge was to create and plan a catering event in which we were to design and market a company to run it, create an original event theme, and finance correctly everything that goes into the event.

My team, one out of 33, finally won after presenting our concept and company to an audience of 250. This experience was worthwhile, and the quality of work, and skills used on the day were challenged and displayed at a high standard from all of the team.
